CuO-ZnO/SAPO-34 composite catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method, and applied in catalytic hydrogenation of carbon dioxide to light olefins in one-step process. CuO-ZnO was used to synthesis methanol from CO 2, while SAPO-34 molecular sieve take the catalytic role of methanol dehydration to light olefins. The properties and catalytic activity of composite catalyst were investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM, IR and fixed bed response evaluation. When the reaction condition is reaction temperature 270 ℃, the reaction pressure 3.5 MPa, molar ratio of hydrogen/carbon dioxide 4, volumetric space velocity 1 600 h -1, the catalyst shows good activity and selectivity. The conversion rate of CO 2 can reach 18.71%,and the yields of ethylene and propylene can reach 9.27% and 4.76%.
